Group Training – IP Fitness in Brackenfell

Group Training Classes are always a good way to meet new friends. Before you know it you’ll end up at a braai with the new people you’ve met in the gym.

Training with a group helps to keep you motivated and gives you a little bit of competitiveness to push yourself further every time you do a class.  Over weeks you start to form a habit and train with the same people more or less. You get an estimate of who is on the same level of fitness and or strength as you are and this keeps you accountable.

Group training also has popular timeslots that make it convenient for most of us to exercise when it suits us best. From 5 am-7:30 pm

Stephan and Bianca have been personal trainers for over 10 years. Both competing in Bodybuilding competitions, endurance races & Advanced Crossfit events. The scope of knowledge between the 2 is of very high value and you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

Personal training slots range from 10 am – 4 pm. 

Depending on who you decide to use as your personal trainer and how many times per week you feel it is necessary to train, Stephan or Bianca will design a custom plan (workout & nutrition) for you to reach your goal in a sustainable & successful habit-forming way. Long-term fixes are always better than quick fixes.

I’ve been training at IP for the past 18 months. During this time I lost about 10kg in total body weight while gaining several kg muscle mass. They don’t encourage crash diets and will support you to become the best version of yourself depending on your unique health goals. Workouts are tailored to accommodate each individual’s fitness level. Even if you join a group training session they will ensure that you are comfortable performing the various exercises to the best of your own ability.
